Youth Parliament of Canada (YPC)
The first-ever Youth Parliament of Canada —a fully funded, bilingual parliamentary simulation will take place November 6–10, 2025, in Ottawa.
The Youth Parliament of Canada is designed to inspire a new generation of engaged citizens and future leaders—helping young people better understand their country and their role within it.
Empowering Youth Through Civic Engagement
Since 2003, CIVIX has provided authentic learning opportunities to help millions of school-aged youth develop the habits of active and informed citizenship.
Through the Youth Parliament of Canada, participating youth will deepen their understanding of democracy while practicing skills like persuasion, negotiation, and compromise. Participants will explore their political identity and connect with peers in a supportive, non-partisan setting.
